Pro Mobile's Same Day Delivery lets you order online and have your devices and accessories delivered to your home or office the same day.

How do I get Same Day Delivery?
Same Day Delivery is available in selected locations in coverage areas in Johor Bahru.

How do I know my Same Day Delivery order is confirmed?
Our Switcher will call you to confirm your order, and will need 1-3 hours to arrange a rider.

What if I’m unavailable when the driver arrives?
Our runner will keep trying to reach you. Should you still remain unreachable, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded for your device excluding the RM20 Same Day Delivery charges.

What to know

• Same Day Delivery is only applicable for on a Daily Basis (Monday – Sunday)
• Payment need to be made before 5:00pm to receive your item on the same day.
• Pro Mobile reserves the right to alter the terms of delivery, and the duration of delivery with regards to overall safety and in lieu with the evolving situation of the pandemic.
• Pro Mobile reserves the amend these terms.
• Only coverage areas and postcodes are available for the Same Day Delivery service.
